Get ready to serve, dink, dress up and have some fun!
The Westy PickleBoo Classic is a one-of-a-kind costumed pickleball tournament and Park Day benefiting the Westchester Family YMCA!
This is a fun, no-pressure, non-DUPR tournament designed for players of all levels who want to enjoy some friendly competition without worrying about ratings or rankings. Registration is just $55 per person, with proceeds supporting the Westchester Family YMCA.
But the fun doesn’t stop at the courts! Bring your family, friends and biggest cheering section to enjoy a full day at the park. Come in costume and compete for prizes in categories like Best Dressed, Best Pickleball Pun, Most Elaborate and more. We’ll also have plenty of fun park games and activities, including cornhole, bocce, waterballoon volleyball and more!
Whether you’re playing for the trophy, dressing up with your crew, or just coming to cheer everyone on, The Westy PickleBoo Classic is all about community, creativity, play and supporting a great cause.
PRIZES!!! We will raffle off Engage Paddles and Bags! (To avoid sandbagging) Winners will get medals!
Get lots of games in with our Round Robin format! 1st event is $55- 2nd event $50, 3rd event $45 (Prices include the $5 Swish fee per event). So for example if you want to play in Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles it would cost $105 total. Tournament Director has the right to reformat brackets, and change format overall. To have more fun! (and to stay on schedule)
Start Times will be shuffled so please pay attention to your email for updates.
2.0 Levels will begin first starting at 8am. 3.0 Levels around 11am. 3.5 Level around 2pm. 4.0 Level around 5pm.
Ball: LT Pro 48 (If in stock – otherwise Vulcan)
If you know who your partner is, great! You register & pay for both of you. If you need a partner, then you scroll down and click on ‘PLAYERS’ – then you click on ‘Looking For Partner’ so other players can find you. This way, if any other players are looking for a partner, they can contact you so that you can then register.

Gotta Play In Costumes!!
FORMAT (Regular Scoring):
Round Robin Format with Playoffs:
– Teams are grouped into pools based on registration numbers (e.g., 4–8 teams per pool). Top teams from each pool advance to playoffs.
– Round Robin Games: Play to 11 points, win by 1.
– Playoff/Medal Matches: Play to 11 points, win by 2
This event will follow USAPA rules and feature competitive play across multiple skill levels and age brackets.
We will play Westchester Pickleball ‘Let Serve’ rules: Out is out, In is a do-over
DUPR Ratings will be reviewed to avoid sandbagging.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If an event does not have enough players for teams to compete then a refund will be given to all those that have registered for the event.
Cancellation Deadline: Oct 7,2026
Refunds Before the Cancellation Deadline
If you withdraw from the event before the Cancellation Deadline (Oct 7,2026), you will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative costs already incurred, such as venue deposits, advertising, and payment processing fees.
Refunds After the Cancellation Deadline
If you withdraw after the Cancellation Deadline, no refunds will be issued unless you have purchased the Registration & Weather Insurance Policy during registration. This insurance provides coverage for cancellations after the deadline, including cases where the event is canceled due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons.
Event Cancellations for Any Reason
If the event is canceled for any reason (including low enrollment, weather, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances), we offer the following options:
Full credit toward a future event (no expiration)
Refund minus the $25 processing fee
These options are available regardless of whether you purchased the insurance.

Waitlist Policy
If you were placed on the waitlist after registering and were not moved into the event, you will receive a full refund at the end of the tournament. The $25 processing fee does not apply in this case.
Swish Software Fee
Please note that the Swish Software Fee is non-refundable, as stated during the checkout process.
